ANDREW McGILLIGAN

Andrew McGilligan is a journalist in hibernation.

His love of baseball stems from his days making trips to Fenway Park with his dad as a kid. He once had Gino Reda of TSN sign his program from Fenway Park which looks odd given Tom Brunansky was on the cover.

During his time as a working journalist, Andrew penned articles for the Daily Gleaner, Oromocto Post-Gazette and the Telegraph-Journal where he worked as a beat reporter covering major junior hockey. He won an Atlantic Journalism Student Award and finished second for another AJA in the feature writing category while at the Telegraph-Journal. KEVIN BARRETT

Kevin Barrett is a former reporter and editor with the Telegraph-Journal and Charlottetown Guardian. As a sports journalist, he covered athletes and their stories in the Atlantic region from 1988-2010. Kevin has been recognized many times for his outstanding work in sports journalism with several awards at the local, provincial and Atlantic levels.
